Brad Phelps
Brad Phelps is a seasoned real estate investor with over 15 years of experience in the industry. His investment journey began in 2010 with single-family acquisitions, where he quickly developed a sharp eye for identifying value-driven opportunities. Building on this foundation, Brad has strategically transitioned into the multifamily sector, focusing on acquisitions in the thriving Dallas-Fort Worth market. With expertise in market analysis, deal sourcing, and underwriting, he is dedicated to building a high-performing portfolio while cultivating strong relationships with brokers, investors, and industry professionals. In addition to his real estate endeavors, Brad sharpened his business management and relationship-building skills as a manager and business owner in California’s oil industry. This hands-on experience provided invaluable insights into operational efficiency, leadership, and the importance of strategic partnerships—principles he now applies to his real estate investments. Beyond his professional pursuits, Brad values family and an active lifestyle. As a devoted husband and father of five, he enjoys creating meaningful experiences through sports, travel, and quality time together. His ability to balance ambition with personal fulfillment fuels a dynamic and disciplined approach to both business and life.

Josh Roosen
Josh Roosen is an experienced Multifamily Investor who has been investing in real estate since 2015. Initially wanting to be a physician, Josh got his pre-professional biology degree from Central Michigan University. However, a mentor of his advised him to go into business instead of medicine and that is when Josh discovered real estate investing. To learn from the best in the real estate investing industry Josh worked alongside two premier real estate investing education companies while furthering his own investing career before eventually going full-time on his own business in May of 2022. Josh currently owns 682 units.
