As a multifamily owner and operator, Elle takes a hands-on role in executing the business plan, overseeing operations, and creating value across the portfolio. Through strategic investments and trusted partnerships, Elle is committed to helping investors build generational wealth and passive income while providing quality housing in strong markets

In addition to leading her company, Elle also serves as a multifamily coach, guiding aspiring investors as they navigate the industry and work toward their own success.
Brad Phelps

Brad has been investing in real estate since 2010. He focuses on identifying strong opportunities with solid in place cash flow, disciplined underwriting, and realistic business plans.
In addition to his real estate experience, Brad brings a strong operational background from owning and managing a business in California’s oil industry.

Experienced Multifamily Investor since 2015. To learn from the best in the real estate investing industry Josh worked alongside two premier real estate investing education companies while furthering his own investing career before eventually going full-time on his own business in May of 2022. Josh currently owns 682 units.
